Resource Library

Culturally relevant guides, toolkits, and multimedia resources for communities, families, and practitioners across Zambia. This library is being built out alongside the rest of the Wellness Portal.

Available now: our Resources page already hosts a growing collection of research-backed articles, evidence summaries, and policy and faith-perspective readings on mental health, addiction, and alternative therapies.

๐Ÿ“š What This Library Will Add

  • Practical, plain-language guides for individuals and families – e.g. recognising signs of distress, supporting a loved one, understanding treatment options.
  • Toolkits for community and faith leaders on basic psychological first aid and referral pathways.
  • Multimedia resources – videos, audio, and infographics – suited to low-bandwidth and offline sharing.
  • Materials adapted into local languages, developed with input from Zambian mental health practitioners and communities.
